Highlighting the vital role of filtration in municipal water quality

We gave a presentation at the recent IFAT virtual conference in Germany entitled ‘How cartridge filtration is used to protect municipal water quality in the UK’.

Marketing Manager David Ridealgh highlighted case studies on applications such as turbidity reduction, cryptosporidium removal, iron and manganese removal and chlorine reduction.     All these solutions can be packaged in containerised or skid formats with the option of remote monitoring.

Our customers include leading water companies tasked with ensuring the municipal supply of water to tens of millions of homes and business is safe, clean and consistent.

David said: “Our aim is to be a trusted, flexible supplier to the municipal water sector both in the UK and across Europe. We have put substantial investment into our ‘quick and able’ capability to turn round orders swiftly and accurately. We have many great case studies to shout about.”

The virtual conference was designed as a knowledge platform linked to IFAT, the world’s largest trade fair for environmental technologies. It is held every two years at the Munich Trade Fair Centre, attracting attendees from the international water, sewage, waste and raw materials management sectors. Key themes at the event were the future of water, the circular economy, sustainable municipalities and how to achieve zero emissions.
