FAQs
How quickly can you provide a replacement or retrofit?
Although, we can't guarantee specific turnaround times, we strive to supply replacements and retrofits as soon as possible to keep your operations running.
We keep many like-for-like retrofits in stock, and can get them to you within a couple of days. We'll also try to expedite delivery in emergency situations.
If you're experiencing supply chain issues with a third-party filter manufacturer and we don't have the required replacement or retrofit in stock, we'll work with you to find a speedy resolution.
Will a replacement or retrofit negatively affect performance?
No, not if the process details are described accurately. In a number of cases, a replacement or retrofit can enhance performance.
Do I need my part number when I contact you?
Yes. This enables us to provide a personalised quote much faster.
Customers often ask us about retrofit opportunities if they're having problems with consistent supply or looking for a cost reduction. We encourage you to explain your process in detail, as we've often found that processes have changed over the years and there may be a more applicable product for your current situation. This can lead to improved overall performance and a reduction in annual consumable costs.
Can you provide replacements/retrofits for manufacturers that aren't listed on this page?
Yes, we can. If you provide the process details and the part number of the filter you're looking for, we'll look to design and manufacture a suitable replacement.
Do you support filter testing and validation?
We have standard validation documents which support performance claims. Additionally, our experience of various applications and in material compatibility means we can confidently recommend the correct filter.
As with all processes, which are often unique, we always recommend monitoring your new filter following installation. Testing in your actual process is always the most effective way to evaluate performance.
