Corporate volunteering | CMPP

We provide hands-on community volunteering opportunities for our workforce of more than 200 based at our Camberley production centre. We do this through the Community Matters Partnership Project (CMPP). This is a Surrey charity that brokers corporate participation in community action days, environmental clean-ups and charity fundraising initiatives. We find that offering community volunteering improves staff wellbeing, workplace values and company culture. At the same time, it means we strengthen our community connections and do our bit for worthwhile local projects. Since we became a CMPP business partner in November 2021, colleagues in a wide range of job roles, both factory and office based, have taken part in volunteering activities.
