Corporate volunteering | CMPP

We provide hands-on community volunteering opportunities for our 200-strong team based at our Camberley production centre. We do this through the Community Matters Partnership Project (CMPP). This Surrey charity brokers corporate participation in community action days, environmental clean-ups, and charity fundraising initiatives.

Offering community volunteering opportunities has helped us improve staff well-being, workplace values, and company culture. It also strengthens our community connections and lets us do our bit for worthwhile local projects.

Since becoming a CMPP business partner in November 2021, colleagues in a range of factory and office-based roles have participated in important volunteering activities.
