  • All orders for standard products are to be processed within one working day. 
  • Calls to be answered within three rings.
  • Quotations for standard products to be provided within three days. 
  • Queries to be acknowledged within two hours.
  • If a product is in stock we aim to ship it next day.
  • Formal acknowledgement of orders for standard products to be sent within two days of order receipt.
