SupaChange

The SupaChange filter is a novel disposable assembly that is simple and easy to use, offering quick and safe change-out of filter modules. The filter module is encapsulated in its own plastic shell to minimse operator and environmental exposure to process fluids. This design is also attractive for multi-product facilities such as paint and ink manufacturers where cleaning process lines between products is an issue.
 

Amazon Filters offers a wide range of filter types, materials of construction and micron ratings that can be incorporated into this technology. SupaChange assemblies are available for either 10” or 20” length filters.
 

The SupaChange encapsulated module can be changed without the operator coming into contact with the filter unit or process liquid. The change-out procedure is simply a matter of loosening a single thumb bolt, sliding a C-Clamp and inserting the new filter module.
