Our Graduate Programme

Our 1 year programme is aimed at graduates with a degree in a technical discipline who are interested in pursuing a career within Technical Sales, Engineering or Operational Management. As a graduate with Amazon Filters Ltd, we aim to challenge and develop you in which ever discipline you decide to take, with the view to you being the future leaders of the Company. 

During the year you will spend time working within all departments of the organization and you will also be provided with key projects to undertake where appropriate. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially whilst adding real value to the business with a view to employment at the end of this period. 

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking talented, motivated and commercially minded graduates who have achieved the minimum of a 2:1 in a Technical or Scientific discipline, including the following subjects: 

• Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
• Manufacturing
• Maths or Statistics
• Environmental Science
• Chemistry
• Physics

 As a passionate and driven graduate you will have the ability to work on your own initiative and your creativity will be challenged to develop new ideas. You will always be prepared to go the extra mile in order to continue personal development and development of the business. 

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are also required to communicate internally with every department in the company and externally. 

The placement will be located at the site in Camberley, Surrey and you will therefore need to be in a reasonable location for commuting. You will also be expected to travel around the country with the Sales Representatives on occasion in order to gain an insight in to the client base and our product applications. 

What We Are Offering

• Starting salary of £22,000 per annum
• 6 monthly performance reviews
• Loyalty bonus of £1,500 upon successfully completing the scheme and a further 1 years employment with AFL
